-Themes: The story explores the whirlwind of teenage girlhood with such grace. It presents the beautiful aspects through the girl’s connection to each other
-Friendship/Relationships: Their relationship is woven together with power dynamics, our mutual struggles on pitting us against each other. The four girls who find in each other comfort and validation
-Female Rage: The teenage girls who are fearless and loud in their pursuits and feel anger. Anger at the normalization of our suffering and the limitations
-Coping with loss: Underneath the dark humor, anger, and supernatural elements, the driving force of the play is the girls trying to come to terms with loss in their lives
